**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Architectural Design: Lead the architectural design process, from concept to completion, ensuring designs align with the project's objectives, budget, and timelines.

2. Project Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, interior designers, and contractors, to develop comprehensive project plans and timelines.

3. Site Analysis: Conduct site visits and analyze site conditions to inform the design and construction processes.

4. Code Compliance: Ensure that all architectural designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

5. Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates on project progress, and address any concerns or changes.

6. Sustainability: Integrate sustainable design principles into projects, emphasizing energy efficiency, eco-friendly materials, and green building practices.

7. Quality Control: Oversee the quality control process, ensuring that construction and design meet the highest standards.

8. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage expenses effectively.

9. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers within the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a focus on residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Bangalore. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Commitment to sustainability and innovative design practices.
- Architectural licensure is a plus.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
