JOB DESCRIPTION and JOB SPECIFICATION Job Title General Manager
- Civil Execution Employee Name Location Head Office / Site Department Management 1. Job PURPOSE: General Manager will be responsible for the management of design, construction, logistics procurement and budgets to ensure the efficiency of time, quality and cost of assigned projects. He will be required to plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process,including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors. 2. RO LE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Project management Guide planning team for detailed project planning & management, construction schedules for construction, restoration and refurbishment projects. Supervise the Project in charge & Coordinator to monitor construction progress, including worker productivity and compliance with building and safety codes. Work with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure all projects are completed before schedule, of excellent quality and within the budget. To help create, implementation of systems and processes to guarantee cost and timeline efficiencies & reporting practices etc. Site mobilization, Execution and Coordination, Revenue, billing, budget, Cash flow material procurement and Reconciliation Make sure we follow statuary and legal compliances To overview periodic reports for various projects and prepare weekly projects analysis and action plan to submit director. To Coordinate and manage Architects, Designers, Consultants, Purchase & Admin personnel, Technical Teams, Contractors, Vendors, Supervisors etc. Ensure a strong reporting system as per requirements of top management and track the same. Orange and Red flag issues which will impact progress and delivery of project and find mitigations solutions to get project back on track. To lead regular project review meetings with top management and stakeholders. Inventory & Logistics Operations: Coordinate with all Purchase & Admin personnel, Data personnel, Contractors, Vendors, etc. Guide team for purchase planning and vendor sourcing General: Create, own and operate all systems to ensure operations run smoothly Work on continuously improving systems, technology, communication practices, vendors/contractor search and empanelment practices etc. to ensure decreasing costs, highest quality and timely delivery for construction, purchase, inventory, logistics operations maintenance. Analyse, manage and mitigate risks Regular Reports and MIS submission to top management. Reporting to the superior Any other work given by the top management 3. COMMUNICATIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS: Internal: MD, Executive Director, Senior Manager, Project In charge,, Department personnel, Employees External: Consultant, Labour contractors, vendors, Government bodies 4. KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR JOB Education B.E- Civil Engineering / B. Arch. Additional Master in Project Experience Minimum of 15+ years of experience Skills Team Management Civil Engineering Proficiency in Hindi, English and local languages Confident & Presentable personality Excellent interpersonal & communicational skills Good Leadership & Decision-making skills Working Conditions As Per Conditions
**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
