Back Office/Operations Executive shall be responsible to keep the office running smoothly by

carrying out a wide range of administrative activities.

Role & responsibilities
- Assist and provide adequate support to GM - Sourcing & Operations in his daily tasks.
- Working on the policies, processes, SOPs to put the work systematically.
- To carry out efficient documentation and filing system.
- Managing office supplies and supervising documentation, facility housekeeping activities.
- Prepare and handle various MIS reports and reconcile them as and when required.
- Rectify any inconsistencies in database management.
- Assist the front office workers in keeping the office clean and tidy.
- Assist in the preparation and tracking, scheduling, and appointments for the team.
- Do market research, obtain and analyse research data.

- Work Experience and good understanding of office practices and methods
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
- Proven working experience
- Proficient in maintaining databases/MIS
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects at a time

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate or Post Graduate
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration would be an advantage
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in packaging industry would be an add on

Timing:9:30-6:30 PM

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
