**Job Title**: Business Development Executive - Telesales

**Location**: Noida
**Salary**: Up to ₹22,000 per month (Fixed) + Incentives

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads
- Understand customer requirements and present relevant solutions/products
- Follow up on leads and close sales effectively
- Maintain and update the CRM/database regularly
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align strategies

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree (in any field) - Mandatory
- **Experience**: Minimum **6 months of telesales or inside sales experience**:

- **Communication**: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- **Skills**:

- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools)
