**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and outreach.
- **Client Engagement**: Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- **Sales Strategy**: Assist in creating and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare and present proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development metrics.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve processes.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or tele sales, ideally in the Architecture and Civil engineering sector.
- **Experience**: 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- **Self-Motivation**: Proactive and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
