Assign daily works to labors (fettlers, painters and forklift drivers) as per plan.
- Optimum labor control in each section without compromising the target.
- Guide and coach labors.
- Arrange daily shop floor activities for smooth operation.
- Management of Semi-finished and finished product in shop floor.
- Coordinate the material flow with other departments and ensure the continuity of production.
- Manage floor housekeeping and safety.
- Periodic check whether employees are following work instructions and quality requirements.
- Preparation of daily production reports and report it to top manager.
