Monitoring and Supervising the process and follow up with production schedule.
- Ensure 90% of OTD.
- Supervising the work with target orientation.
- Handling the workers and motivating them to work with efficiency.
- To ensure that the work instruction for each type of work given are followed meticulously.
- Daily / Weekly report of performance to be submitted to HOD about the status of castings.
- To ensure that fettling dept follows 5’S Principle on day to day basis.
- To ensure that all the housekeeping principles are followed in Fettling area.
- To ensure good team bonding with all staff & workers.
- To ensure focusing on getting more Kaizen / Team of the month award on month on month basis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
