**Job Title**: Advocate (Legal Advisor)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Advise on legal issues related to land acquisitions, leasing, development projects, and other real estate matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and leases to safeguard the company’s interests.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and regulatory discussions.
- Conduct research on legal matters relevant to P&S Group’s projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Monitor and manage litigation, ensuring efficient handling of all cases and timely submission of documents.
- Collaborate with government bodies and agencies for permits, clearances, and other legal procedures required for project development.
- Proactively identify potential legal risks and provide strategic solutions.
- Keep the company updated on changes in laws and regulations that impact our business.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution; LL.M. is preferred.
- Active membership in the [Local/State] Bar Council.
- Proven experience in handling contracts, negotiations, and litigation.
- Excellent understanding of property laws, compliance standards, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases/projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹283,662.67 - ₹350,000.00 per year
