- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- **Product Knowledge & Promotion**:

- Gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s chemical products.
- Present and demonstrate product value to clients, providing customized solutions as needed.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide actionable insights to the management team for product and strategy optimization.
- **Deal Closure & Negotiation**:

- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize high-value deals.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
- Provide regular sales updates and performance reports to management.
- **Experience**: 8-10 years in sales within the chemical industry.
- **Age**: 35-40 years.
- **Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a robust sales pipeline and achieve targets.
- Excellent client relationship management.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Work with a leading chemical company in a growth-oriented environment.
- Competitive salary package and performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
