- Proficiency in reservation management software and Microsoft Office Suite

**Profile Introduction**:
As a Reservation Executive in the hospitality industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless booking experiences for guests at our hotel/resort. Your responsibilities will revolve around managing reservations efficiently, providing excellent customer service, and maximizing occupancy rates. You'll be the primary point of contact for guests seeking accommodation, requiring strong communication skills and attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist guests in making bookings, modifying existing reservations, and providing information about room availability and rates.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences.
- Coordinate with other departments such as housekeeping and front desk to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints regarding reservations.
- Utilize reservation management software effectively to update inventory and generate reports.
- Monitor and analyze reservation trends to optimize occupancy rates and revenue.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement promotional strategies and special packages.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff members involved in reservation activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Reservation Executive or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in reservation management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservation data.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and booking procedures.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
