**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar.
- Answer phone calls and inquiries, providing information about our services andscheduling appointments as needed.
- Check-in patients upon arrival and verify their information in our system.
- Collect payments for services rendered and issue receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure efficient patient flow and clinic operations.
- Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards in handling patient information.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is advantageous.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional customerservice.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
