**Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Patient Greeting and Check-In**: Welcome patients and visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival. Assist patients with the check-in process, including completing necessary forms and providing information about the clinic’s policies.
- **Phone and Communication Management**: Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and transferring calls as needed. Handle patient inquiries, provide information about services, and address concerns or issues. Communicate effectively with patients, medical staff, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- **Administrative Duties**: Process and maintain patient records and documentations in compliance with confidentiality and privacy regulations. Maintain and organize front desk supplies and ensure the reception area is clean and well-organized.
- **Billing and Payments**: Collect co-payments, deductibles, and other fees from patients at the time of service.
- Process payments and manage billing information, ensuring accurate data entry and handling of transactions.
- **Patient Coordination**: Coordinate with medical staffs to ensure that patient flow is smooth and efficient.
- **Record Keeping and Reporting**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, appointments, and other relevant data. Generate and compile reports as needed for clinic management and staff.
**Requirements**:
- **Education and Experience**: High school diploma or equivalent in any additional certifications. Previous experience as receptionist / customer communication roles.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and telephone systems.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in person and over the phone. Good fluency in English, Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil
- **Customer Service**: Strong customer service skills with a friendly and compassionate demeanor.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a busy front desk and maintain accurate records.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build positive relationships with patients, visitors, and staff.
- **Adaptability**:
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures or priorities as needed.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities or support other areas as required.
