**Position : executive**

**GL RECONCILIATION JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Intercompany and SBU reconciliation
- General ledger reconciliations
- Account reconciliations such as bank, Cashbook, inventory control, clearing, billings etc.
- Purchase order, GRN, Stock and Invoice reconciliation
- Month-End Close Activities
- Review of Reconciliation, other Activities, etc
- To maintain accuracy level for reconciliation perform
- Have previous experience in handling audits.
- Trade Payable and receivable reconciliation with company book
- Creates and maintains appropriate job procedures
- Monitoring SOP being followed on approved and unapproved items against each transaction
- Ensures regulations are adhered to and proper action is taken to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions
- Ensuring SLA are in line with agreed client requirement and TAT is met on process
- Conducting random audit on quality delivery within GL recon process and suggest areas of improvement
- Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable and accounts payable data
- Supporting and generating various reports on month end and Year end closing process
- Identify areas where controls and procedures can be improved in the preparation of the account reconciliations and propose solutions

**SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES**:
Skills and attributes that are most needed for this role may include:

- Experience reconciling accounting figures and financial records
- Ability to identify errors
- Appropriate handling of sensitive information
- Ability to work to deadlines/SLA/TAT
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
- Team player with the ability to work with multiple areas
- Clear understanding Journal entries and Finance and Accounting work flow
- Accounting experience 4+ Year
- Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including MS Excel and SAP T-Codes
- (FAGLB03, ZFIRGLRECON,FBL1N,F.19,FV50,FV65,XK03,FK02,FB03,F-44,ZFB02,FBV2,FB50)SAP experience is a must.

Work from Office.

Timing - 9.30 to 6.30pm

Monday
- Saturday

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

- Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
