It aims to create a Digital Platform which will act as a ONE STOP DESTINATION for all the healthcare needs of its clients.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Build a strong Digital Marketing Roadmap & Strategy to help the organization to reach its target audience at scale to deliver growth at optimum costs.
- Build and drive a strong strategy for our Web Product development efforts around Traffic and Engagement Products that would help firm's reach its target audience at scale.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Drive a mindset of building a pipeline of multiple experiments in digital marketing to drive growth.
- Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget.
- Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction.
- Define online advertising strategy and creation of multichannel advertising campaigns.
- Anchor and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
- Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment.
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies.
- Lead digital marketing team to achieve goals.
- Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Digital marketing leader.
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channel’s function.
- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Web Design, and CRM software.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
- Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills.
