**Responsibilities**:
1. Conceptualize and design intuitive UI for websites that enhance user experience.

2. Ability to create customized and user-friendly UI solutions based on the requirements.

3. Develop graphics, icons, and other visual assets to complement the UI design.

4. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.

5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI & Graphic design.

6. Work closely with web developers to ensure the designs are feasible, scalable, and align with the business goals.

7. Should be able to analyze and understand new domains quickly, become the 'timely expert'.

8. Should have hands-on graphic designing.

9. Must be able to design social media posts & website related designs.

10. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**What we are looking for**:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in UI design, preferably in a web development environment. (Freshers can be considered as well if their portfolio is strong)

2. Strong portfolio that showcases your experience creating compelling new UI designs and visual product experiences.

4. Bachelor's degree.

5. Proficiency in Graphics & UI design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Corel Draw (illustrator is PLUS/ Deal Breaker).

6. Experience designing for website or other interactive digital platforms.

7. Passion to learn new skills and tackling difficult tasks

8. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
