**Job Summary**:
The Scrub Nurse is responsible for providing assistance to surgeons during operative procedures by preparing and managing sterile surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment. The role requires a high level of clinical skill, attention to detail, and adherence to infection control protocols to ensure safe and effective surgical care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare the operating room and ensure all required instruments, supplies, and equipment are sterile and available.
- Assist the surgical team during procedures by handing instruments and supplies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain the sterile field and ensure strict adherence to aseptic techniques.
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and respond quickly to requests.
- Count sponges, needles, and instruments before and after surgery to prevent retention.
- Monitor and report any breach in sterile technique.
- Collaborate with circulating nurses, anesthetists, and other theatre staff for smooth workflow.
- Ensure proper disposal of sharps and biohazardous materials.
- Participate in pre
- and post-operative patient care as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, supplies used, and patient information.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
