Scrub Technician

Prepare the operating theatre by setting up surgical instruments, drapes, and necessary sterile supplies prior to each procedure.
- Assist surgeons intraoperatively by anticipating instrument needs, passing tools, and maintaining a sterile field.
- Ensure strict adherence to aseptic and infection control protocols throughout all procedures.
- Conduct surgical counts of instruments, sponges, and sharps before, during, and after procedures to ensure accuracy and patient safety.
- Assist with patient positioning, surgical site preparation, and draping.
- Handle and label surgical specimens correctly and ensure timely transfer for further analysis.
- Collaborate closely with surgical, anesthesia, and post-op teams to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of procedures, equipment usage, and patient information.

**Job Details**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrub Nurse in a hospital or surgical setting
- **Work Schedule**: Rotational and General Shifts / As per hospital duty roster

Pay: ₹10,002.40 - ₹26,934.92 per month
