Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver engaging German language lessons and exercises to learners of all levels.
- Provide constructive feedback to learners and track their progress.
- Prepare lesson plans and learning materials in accordance with the course objectives and syllabus.
- Communicate effectively with learners to identify their learning needs and tailor the course accordingly.
- Conduct online classes using video conferencing tools and other online teaching platforms.
- Assist learners in their language learning journey by providing support and guidance.
- Collaborate with the instructional team to continuously improve the course content and teaching methodologies.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching techniques and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Native or near-native proficiency in German language.
- Bachelor's degree in German language or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching German language to learners of all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in online teaching using various online platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with online learning technologies and tools.
- Passion for teaching and helping learners achieve their language learning goals.
