**Job Profile: Class Coordinator**

**Position**: Class Coordinator
**Location**: Kottayam
**Reports to**: Branch Head / Academic Head

**Role Overview**

The Class Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth academic operations, managing student schedules, supporting trainers, and acting as a bridge between students, faculty, and management. The role demands excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure effective delivery of classes and student satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and maintain class schedules, timetables, and trainer allocations.
- Ensure timely communication of schedules, changes, and updates to students and trainers.
- Monitor attendance of students and trainers, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with trainers for class planning, assessments, and student feedback.
- Serve as the first point of contact for students regarding class-related concerns.
- Support in the distribution of course materials, books, and exam resources.
- Track student progress and ensure follow-up on missed classes or sessions.
- Assist in organizing mock tests, assessments, and evaluations.
- Ensure smooth execution of both online and offline classes.
- Report regularly to the Branch Head/Academic Head on class performance and issues.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Graduate in any discipline (Education background preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools.
- Prior experience in academic coordination will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
