**Job Title: Online Spoken English Trainer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct online English language training sessions for individuals of varying ages and backgrounds.
- Develop customized lesson plans and instructional materials to meet the specific needs of each learner.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to enhance their language skills and overall proficiency.
- Create a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages active participation and fosters language development.
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Utilize multimedia tools and interactive resources to enhance the learning experience and make sessions more dynamic and engaging.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an English language trainer, preferably in an online setting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Confidence in teaching spoken English and a deep understanding of grammar and language structure.
- Ability to handle spontaneous situations and adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual learners.
- Proficiency in Malayalam is essential for effective communication with learners.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching and helping others improve their language skills.
