RG COSMO is looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Expert to join our team in Delhi. If you have a passion for the beauty and personal care industry and a proven track record in driving sales and brand growth, we’d love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to expand brand presence.

✔ Drive B2B and B2C sales for our premium hair care and skincare products.

✔ Build strong relationships with salons, distributors, and retail partners.

✔ Create and implement high-impact marketing campaigns.

✔ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.

Who We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing (preferably in the beauty/cosmetic industry).

Strong network in the salon and professional hair care market.

Expertise in digital marketing, influencer collaborations, and retail expansion.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
