**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Guide students with their overseas education options after understanding their profile and

desired course. **Assist students on deciding on the universities/colleges and programs to opt for ** Help students build their profile (SoP/LoR/Resume).
- Provide insights on career outcomes based on their preferred options.

- Strategize and participate in business development & marketing activities to increase walkins / enquiries.
- Form a rapport with the students, thus enabling a comfortable and free exchange of thoughts and ideas.
- Participate in educational activities such as exhibitions and events as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in study abroad expertise **Counseled students for Overseas Education.**
- Knowledge of entire process for the Countries
- Ability to adapt to an online and structured counseling process and work in a target oriented environment.
- Build excellent working relationships with students and universities.
- Good in MS Excel, CRM, analytics/numbers and metrics. Qualifications: A UG or PG degree in any field. Graduation/ Masters in Counseling will be an advantage International Degree will be a plus. Multi-Lingual will be an addition.

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gujrat, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 4 years (preferred)
- Overseas Counselling: 2 years (preferred)
