Sales Support Executive

Urgently hiring sales coordinators with minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the trading, Chemicals or related industry with a focus on fragrances and flavors. Experience in commodity trade and supply chain management.
**Order Processing & Coordination**:
- Timely follow ups with buyers for business.
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm and follow up on the timely dispatch of goods.
- Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers
- Monitor the delivery process to ensure goods reach customers as scheduled.
- Resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain by constant communication and liaising with relevant parties.
**Customer Communication**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding delivery schedules and updates.
- Address customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and any post-delivery issues.
- Maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
**Payment Collection**:
- Follow up with customers for timely payment of invoices as per agreed terms.
- Coordinate with the accounts department to track and record payments.
- Address any payment discrepancies or delays and work towards resolution.
**Brokerage/Commission Management**:
- Track and ensure accurate calculation of brokerage or commission payments.
- Follow up with customers and suppliers to ensure timely payment of any brokerage or commission owed.
- Maintain detailed records of all brokerage or commission transactions.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
- Prepare and maintain reports on order status, payment collections, and brokerage/commission activities.
**Support Sales Team**:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Help in the organization of sales events and meetings.
- Ensure all communication and transactions are well-documented and easily retrievable.
- Assist in preparing sales performance reports as required.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
