Job Title: E-Commerce/Customer Service Executive

**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Experience: Fresher/2-3 years in this field

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with product information, order status, and after-sales service.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and efficient service.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each interaction.
- Manage and update product listings on Website.
- Develop and curate high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram.
- Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage community interactions.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics. Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office & Goggle Sheet.
- Patience and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
