Core Responsibilities:

- **Financial Planning and Analysis**:Developing and implementing financial plans and budgets, forecasting future financial performance, and analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Financial Reporting**:Overseeing the preparation of financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) and reports for management review and external stakeholders.
- **Tax Compliance**:Ensuring timely and accurate filing of tax returns, managing tax audits, and staying updated on relevant tax regulations.
- **Financial Management**:Managing accounts payable and receivable, monitoring cash flow, and overseeing the organization's investments and financial risk.
- **Financial Policy and Procedure**:Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- **Collaboration**:Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial goals are aligned with overall business objectives and providing financial guidance to other team members.
