**Head Academics**
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Coordinating with faculties for conducting classes as per the time table scheduled.
- Get involved in company’s strategic growth as part of the executive team
- Handle and supervision required in responsibilities related to the Academic, Course Planning & Tracking and Examination Departments
- Lead in developing an annual plan for the timely execution of batches & syllabus completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects with other departments
- Oversees and accountable for class schedules, faculty teaching schedules, and operations impacting the student ability to access, receive, and complete education.
- Collaborate with faculties to meet the holistic needs of students ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion is in alignment with CEDP’s mission and values.
- Ensuring that all the academic batches get filled properly and run smoothly on a daily basis.
- Allotting batches to students as per the teaching mode, and date of admission
- Managing all the operational activities of student life-cycle of the institute
- Get involved in recovery of the pending student fees including earlier batches also.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related discipline 5 -10 years of relevant experience
- Strong leadership skills, interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in execution of student life-cycle
**Employment Type** : Full-time (Monday to Saturday, 10-7)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- 10 key typing: 5 years (preferred)
