We are seeking a **Digital Marketing Specialist** to join our team.

Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, design, and development, to ensure the seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to recommend and implement optimizations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging digital marketing tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations for incorporating new techniques into the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Utilize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content optimization.
- Plan and execute social media marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence, engagement, and follower growth.
- Monitor and manage online reputation by actively monitoring reviews and responding to customer inquiries or feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including PPC advertising, social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the digital marketing industry.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
