**SEO Responsibilities**:

- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements for improved search engine rankings.
- Implement link building strategies to increase domain authority.
- Monitor and analyze site performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content.
- Stay updated on SEO best practices and industry trends.
- Provide monthly reports on SEO performance and recommend optimizations.

**SMM Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and curate engaging content, including text, image, and video posts.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with other marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Prepare monthly reports on social media performance and ROI.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SEO and SMM roles.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
