Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive specializing in home appliances to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our range of home appliances to both individual customers and retail partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives for home appliances.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and cold calling potential customers and retail partners.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, providing product training and support to drive sales.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our home appliances.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities within the home appliances sector.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials to support sales initiatives.
7. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential customers and retail partners.
8. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability.
9. Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B and B2C sales, preferably within the home appliances industry.
- Strong understanding of home appliances products, features, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
