Factory Store Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive incoming materials and verify quality and quantity against delivery notes/invoices.
- Label, store, and organize materials in designated storage areas.
- Issue materials to production as per requisitions.
- Maintain proper records of stock movement (inward and outward).
- Perform regular stock counts and assist with audits.
- Ensure proper handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
- Keep the store area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams.
- Report stock shortages, excesses, or discrepancies to the Store Supervisor.
- Use store management software or logbooks for inventory tracking (as applicable).
- Assist in maintaining minimum and maximum stock levels.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Basic understanding of inventory management and storekeeping.
- Ability to operate store software or maintain manual stock records.
- Physically fit to handle movement and lifting of materials.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Team player with good communication.

**Work Schedule**:
[ hours, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

**Health & Safety Responsibilities**:

- Follow all safety procedures while handling materials.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Report any unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
