**Profile - Finance & Accounts Executive**

Qualification -B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

**Experience - Min. 3-5 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry. Proven track record in managing accounting operations in a plant or factory setup.**

Salary - Upto 4.2 LPA

Location - Bhagwanpur (Roorkee)

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain accurate books of accounts (Tally/SAP/ERP or similar software).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and other ledger accounts.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Monitor manufacturing costs, overheads, and assist in cost control initiatives.
- Prepare GST, TDS, PF, ESI returns and ensure timely filing.
- Assist in internal and statutory audits and coordinate with auditors.
- Maintain inventory accounting and reconciliation in coordination with the stores and production team.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.

**SKILLS**
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Hands-on experience in financial software like Tally, SAP, or ERP systems.
- In-depth understanding of cost accounting in a manufacturing setup
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
