About the Role

Martianis Aviation Pvt. Ltd., a leading player in drone technology and aerial innovation, is looking for a Brand & Marketing Associate to join our team at our Bhagwanpur location.

We’re on a mission to build India’s future in drone training, agri-tech, and aerial services — and we need a creative, driven individual to help us tell that story.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing and brand strategies
- Manage our social media accounts, content calendars, and campaigns
- Support branding for training programs, events, and drone demos
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams and external designers/creators
- Prepare performance reports and insights

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related field
- 0-3 years of experience (freshers with internships are welcome)
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Creative thinking with knowledge of design tools like Canva, PowerPoint etc.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing & digital branding
