Manufacturing Supervisor

**Job Overview**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Manufacturing Supervisor.

**Duties**
- 1. Oversee all aspects of manufacturing system operation, maintenance and monitoring.

2. Calibration of equipment’s, pure steam validation, Cleaning Validation, Sterilization In Place validation, Area validation and Product Hold Time Study.

3. Routinely flush and clean Product lines and equipment’s.

4. Keep Manufacturing system area up to date.

5. Supervise Filling machine activities.

6. Operate and maintain well pumps, pneumatic sensors, pressure gauges, pressure switches, conductivity meters, Air Filters, Absolute Filters, Filter Integrity Machine and HMI system.

7. Done Passivation activity, Fumigation activity under supervision and assure proper monitoring and control.

8. Cleaning, Sterilization and passivation of all Solution Preparation tanks in manufacturing system and Protect equipment and facilities from corrosion.

9. Keep records and prepare reports (BPCR) online.

10. All entry related to batch preparation process should be record in respective registers.

11. Monitor / repair pump motors and stirrer to detect unusual noises, vibrations or excessive heat, leakages from pump seals, and mechanical seals.

12. Carry out the necessary maintenance programs to maintain the manufacturing system in good repair condition.

13. Safely handle, store and utilize treatment chemicals which is used in manufacturing system.

14. Prepare Disinfectant Solutions and Isopropyl alcohol as per standard procedure

**Experience-4 to 5 Years**

**Location-** Bhagwanpur, Bihar.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
