**Key Responsibilities**:
As a member of our Growth team, you're going to have a wide-ranging group of responsibilities and goals. On a day-to-day basis, this means:

- Manage admin tasks for onboarding trainees.
- Facilitate cohort launches, including bulk uploads on Gmail and Coassemble (our Training platform)
- Update all the spreadsheets used for analyzing team performance metrics.
- Sort responses to 'Pledge forms' and communicate via text and call for reminders.
- Record and manage training workshop recordings.
- Send gift coupons to Campus Managers upon training completion.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in basic administrative tasks.
- We are open to Freshers.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable with data entry and spreadsheet management.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Live by the Fresh Prints Principles
