**Drive Recruiting and Sales Training at one of the fastest-growing companies in US**:
Fresh Prints is York-based based custom apparel startup. We find incredible students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools.

We have 400+ students who will do over $15 million in sales over the next 12 months. Your job is to help train those students and drive sales. You'll be working on a small team with hundreds of collegiate entrepreneurs and a full-time team. You will assist in the onboarding process, provide support, answer questions, and keep them on schedule. Your work and the skills we teach them in training will directly impact the future success of our students and business.

This is an HR + Sales role but on our Growth Team because recruiting, hiring, and training new students is key to future revenue at Fresh Prints. As Fresh Prints grows, you will too. With time, the right person will be given the space and guidance to have a tremendous impact on the future of the company.

**Responsibilities**
- Communicate with Trainees
- Manage the day-to-day work necessary to run our training endeavors
- Guide the CM Applicants to build the foundation for strong entrepreneurs
- Guide the Trainees to secure sales
- Contribute to the team's success by brainstorming ideas crucial to the success of our CMs
- Coordinate with our recruiting & training teams

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of Sales or Sales Training Experience
- 2+ years of Recruitment experience is a bonus
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills along with a neutral accent
- Fluency in English is a must
- Strong Excel and Data Analysis skills
- Strong time management skills
- Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects
- Detail-oriented and meticulous with work

**Job Location**
- Fresh Prints is based in Hyderabad.
- The office is currently closed due to COVID-19 so the role will be remote until we reopen
- Once the office reopens, we do expect the entire team to work from Hyderabad

**Working Hours**
- 6:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST
