- Attending walk in customers
- Customer relationship management
- Business development
- Loan processing
- Sale of Financial products
- Day of closing activities and generating reports
- Operational, administrative and accounting activities on a day to day basis
- Joint custody of safe
- Gold Appraisal
- Handling Cash
- Initiate marketing activities to promote the gold loan business in the branch.
