- Shift Details: Monday to Friday (UK shift) + Weekend as per the Duty schedule
**Your Main Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Claims Assistance: Help clients file claims, track claim status, and provide updates during the claims process.
- Policy Support: Provide customers with information about policy changes, renewals, premiums, and coverage options.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, insurance claims, and relevant updates in the system.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and escalate problems to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters, quality, finance, and other internal teams to ensure prompt service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure all customer interactions and transactions comply with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices.
**Qualities We Are Looking For**:
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of previous experience in customer service (international voice process) or the insurance industry is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptive towards new skills and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Flexible to work on UK shifts and weekends.
