
Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of advisors who will work as freelancer to sell mutual funds and insurance plans.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives.
Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Provide ongoing support, coaching, and mentoring to advisors to ensure their success and productivity.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the financial services industry.
Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Relevant certifications (e.g., FINRA licenses) may be required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
