Performs Quality Checks of products during installation on site. Provides customer service actions that result in meeting the customers requests with full satisfaction. Establishes and maintain strong relationships throughout the service process and maintain an ongoing dialogue with all assigned clients.

Provide engineering support to other departments related to condition Monitoring Testing.
- Preparation & Implementation Method statements, Procedures & ITPs pertaining to E&I works inline with Contract specification.
- E&I Sub-contractor workmen evaluation, induction & performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with client for QA/QC submittal approval, day-today inspections, audits, observation closure & final system clearance etc.
- Handle a team of E&I field QA/QC inspectors, monitor & mentor them periodically.
- Perform incoming material inspection of all E&I items & conduct periodic surveillance on preservation till installation.
- On-site inspection including Site Acceptance Test (SAT) of electrical and instrumentation equipment such as HV Switch Gears, HT & LT Motors, Transformers, UPS systems, VFD Panels, LV Panels, ICS Panels, F&G systems, HT & LT Cables, OHL system, Transmitters, ESD Valves, CP systems
- Witness calibrations of all Electrical & Instrument equipment as applicable.
- Organize and conduct periodic Product Quality audits specific to E&I works coordinating with all concerned.
- Root Cause analysis for major failures in E&I installation works and implementation of necessary Correction / Corrective action.
- Capture Learnings & implement Best Practices at site in E&I works

Minimum: 10 Years experience engineer only with BE/ B TECH or Diploma with 12 years in Electrical Engineering.

Oil& gas,Thermal industry QA/QC experience required.
