Job Opening QA QC Lead Location Jamnagar Gujarat Company Metal Crafts Constructors Pvt Ltd Qualification B Tech in Mechanical Engineering Experience 10 Years Position QA QC Lead Metal Crafts Constructors Pvt Ltd is looking for a QA QC Lead with a solid background in mechanical engineering and over 10 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control in industrial or infrastructure projects Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the QA QC department to ensure compliance with project specifications codes and client requirements Develop and implement quality control plans inspection test plans ITPs and checklists Conduct inspections audits and testing of materials equipment and construction activities Coordinate with project managers engineers and client representatives on quality matters Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of QA QC records and reports Investigate non-conformances and initiate corrective and preventive actions CAPA Provide training and support to site personnel on QA QC standards and procedures Requirements Bachelor s degree B Tech in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 10 years of experience in QA QC roles preferably in construction fabrication or EPC projects Familiarity with industry standards such as ASME ISO API or equivalent Excellent understanding of welding NDT material inspection and documentation protocols Strong communication leadership and problem-solving skills Preferred Experience Projects in oil gas refinery petrochemical or heavy industrial sectors Experience working in large-scale construction environments like Jamnagar refinery projects Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 1 440 000 00 - 1 560 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
