**Edu. Qualification-** At least hotel management graduate/ diploma

**Experience -** 3-5 years

**Job Summary**: As a Captain, you will be responsible for leading and supervising the front-of-house staff, managing reservations, and coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and high-quality service.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet guests and ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Address guest concerns and inquiries, providing solutions promptly.
- Monitor and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- **Staff Management**:

- Supervise and train front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment.
- Schedule and coordinate staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
- **Service Coordination**:

- Oversee the flow of the dining area, managing reservations and walk-in guests.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food.
- Monitor table turnover and optimize seating efficiency.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure that all food and beverages meet the established quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of the dining and bar areas for cleanliness and organization.
- Address any issues related to service quality promptly.
- **Upselling and Promotion**:

- Encourage upselling of menu items and promotions to maximize revenue.
- Stay informed about current menu offerings, specials, and promotions.
- **Communication**:

- Maintain open and effective communication with kitchen staff, management, and other team members.
- Communicate special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and find suitable resolutions.
- Report any operational issues or equipment malfunctions to the management.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor alcohol consumption and comply with responsible beverage service guidelines.
- **Training and Development**:

- Conduct regular training sessions for front-of-house staff to enhance their skills.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the restaurant and bar industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts.
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹9,116.61 - ₹20,142.74 per month
