**Job Summary**:
Vaish Industries, a renowned company in the automotive industry, is seeking a skilled and dedicated ITI Die Fitter to join our team. The ITI Die Fitter will be responsible for assembling, maintaining, and repairing dies and molds used in the manufacturing process. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and proficiency in working with various tools and equipment. As a Die Fitter at Vaish Industries, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our production operations.

**Salary Range - 12,000/- to 18,000/- per month.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assemble, disassemble, and maintain dies, molds, and tooling equipment according to specifications and engineering drawings.
- Inspect and troubleshoot dies for damage, wear, or malfunction, and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to understand die requirements and ensure proper functioning during production runs.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to perform tasks such as grinding, polishing, drilling, and cutting.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on dies and molds to minimize downtime and extend their lifespan.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to quality standards to ensure a safe working environment and produce high-quality products.
- Identify and report any potential issues or improvements in die designs, processes, or equipment to the relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to troubleshoot die-related problems and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of die maintenance, repairs, and modifications using computerized maintenance management systems or other documentation methods.
- Stay updated with advancements in die fitting techniques, tools, and equipment to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Successful completion of ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Die Fitter or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Die Fitter, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of die fitting techniques, including assembly, disassembly, maintenance, and repair.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Familiarity with interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in performing tasks.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and practices related to die fitting.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
