Serving Food and Drinks: Delivering orders promptly and ensuring they match the customer's request. Checking In with Guests: Providing attentive service and addressing any concerns or requests. Handling Payments: Processing bills and collecting payment from customers. Maintaining a Clean and Organized Dining Area: Ensuring tables are set and ready for service, and removing used items. Communicating Effectively: Communicating orders to the kitchen and relaying customer questions to the appropriate staff. Upselling: Offering recommendations for appetizers, desserts, or drinks to increase sales. Ensuring Food Safety: Following hygiene and sanitation guidelines to ensure food safety. Required Skills: Excellent Communication Skills: Being able to communicate effectively with guests and staff. Friendly and Attentive Demeanor: Creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Multitasking and Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of the Menu: Being able to answer questions about the menu and make recommendations. Customer Service Skills: Providing excellent service and addressing any issues promptly. Flexibility: Being able to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic Math Skills: Calculating and processing payments accurately.
