**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Supervision**:

- Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure work is carried out in accordance with project plans, timelines, and quality standards.
- Monitor construction progress and address issues promptly to avoid delays.
- **Team Management**:

- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and workers on-site.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with regulations.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks and prepare reports on findings.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications using AutoCAD.
- Provide technical guidance to the team and suggest improvements when necessary.
- **Coordination**:

- Liaise with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Communicate effectively with school administration regarding project updates and requirements.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily progress, incidents, and material usage.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for management review.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in educational or institutional projects.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and safety standards.
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
