2. **Supervision**: Supervise and coordinate the activities of all workers, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.

3. **Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed on-site to prevent accidents and injuries. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards or issues promptly.

4. **Quality Control**: Maintain quality standards by inspecting work progress, materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and requirements.
