Job Description:
We are seeking a Social Media Creative Strategist with a passion for both strategic planning and creative content development. As a B2B Construction SaaS company, we need someone who can not only think outside the box but also bring fresh ideas to life that resonate with our target audience of contractors, architects, and project managers.
You will lead the ideation, content creation, and execution of social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube, and other platforms, working closely with our video editor and design team. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on implementation to make our brand stand out in the competitive SaaS market.
**Responsibilities**:
**Creative Strategy & Campaign Development: Develop and execute creative advertising, marketing, and social media campaigns that align with company goals.**
**Social Media Growth: Focus on growing our company's presence, on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube & other platforms by creating content that fosters engagement and builds a larger following.**
**Content Creation & Copywriting: Write compelling and on-brand copy for social media posts, advertisements, branding efforts, and marketing materials.**
**Cross-platform Execution: Manage and monitor the company's social media presence across various platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand voice.**
**Collaborative Projects: Work with internal teams (SEO, marketing, website team) and external vendors to execute integrated digital marketing strategies.**
**Video & Creative Direction: Collaborate with the video editor and graphic designers to ensure visual content aligns with the campaign vision and engages our B2B audience.**
**Advertising & ROI Tracking: Launch and optimize digital ads on platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook, and track their performance to ensure positive ROI.**
**Trend Monitoring & Adaptation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, online marketing best practices, and competitive activity to continually improve strategies.**
**Creative Pitches & Conceptual Work: Pitch creative ideas and campaign concepts for new business initiatives, including storyboards, scripts, and branding presentations.**
Qualifications:
**Experience**:
2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, creative strategy, or a similar role, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
**Content Creation: Proven skills in copywriting, content creation, and conceptualizing creative campaigns for social media.**
**Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant social media platforms, with a focus on growing brand presence in a B2B market.**
**Creative & Analytical: Ability to merge creative thinking with data-driven insights to optimize content and campaigns.**
**Collaboration Skills: Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, SEO, and design teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.**
**Tech Savvy: Familiarity with social media analytics tools (LinkedIn Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track performance and optimize future content.**
**Brand Copywriting: Expertise in crafting compelling brand stories and writing copy that resonates with technical audiences in the construction and SaaS sectors.**
**Communication & Presentation: Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and pitch ideas effectively to internal stakeholders.**
Pay: ₹13,583.55 - ₹45,000.00 per month
