**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Establish long-lasting, trusting connections by communicating professionally and empathetically with the clients.
- Ensuring regular contact with existing clients to maintain our company's presence.
- Settling clients' concerns in a swift and professional manner.
- Prompting clients to upgrade their existing packages and to purchase additional offerings.
- Provide appropriate solutions and substitutes within the timeframes specified, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Meet call handling quotas and individual and team sales targets.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Aluva, Kerala (required)

Ability to Relocate:
