Job Responsibilities:
As a Real Estate Salesperson at Samarth Buildcon, you will be the driving force behind the success of our business. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Actively prospecting and generating leads through various channels, such as networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
- Conducting property tours and hosting open houses to showcase available listings.
- Understanding client's needs and preferences to match them with suitable properties.
- Providing exceptional customer service to build long-lasting relationships and earn referrals.
- Negotiating and preparing sales contracts, ensuring all legal and financial aspects are thoroughly addressed.
- Keeping up-to-date with market trends, property values, and real estate regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
- Collaborating with our marketing team to create engaging promotional materials and campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the real estate industry (4/5 years experience in real estate mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals for our clients.
- A self-motivated and results-driven attitude, with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in using technology and real estate software to manage leads and listings.
- Preferable experience with commercial properties and lease-rent properties.
**Salary**: ₹9,727.81 - ₹53,593.46 per month
