**Responsibilities & Key Deliverables**
- Independently handled overall Metallurgical lab activities
- Knowledge of surface treatment process
- Metallurgical Failure analysis of all customer issues (In-house)
- Proactive audit of supplier parts at certain defined frequency
- Receipt Quality Inspection of parts
- Proactive audits at supplier end for special process (Heat treatment/plating)
- Supplier Process Audits periodically.
- Certification in Lead auditor in ISO 9001:2008 & Internal auditor in ISO/TS 16949
- Knowledge of FMEA, PPAP, APQP.
- Audit Special Process like Inhouse Painting
- Desired Skills:

- BE / ME Metallurgy
- **General Experience**
- 3 to 8 years with Knowledge of problem solving techniques like G8D, QC Story, DOE, 6 Sigma etc.

- Capable to use advance IT system (Advance excel, power point, mintab, SAP, click sense, etc)
- Fluent in advance problem-solving Quality tools, statistical tools, FMEA, control plant, mfg process, etc.
- Interpersonal skills / Positive attitude /good communicator.
- Assertive / Demanding / Task oriented /Team player
- Product & Process Knowledge/ Analytical skills,
- Certified Lead Auditor. Awareness of TS16949, Process & product Auditing Skills, Presentation & MIS generation knowledge
