**Job Description: Domestic Pharma Marketing Executive**
**Position Overview**: The Domestic Pharma Marketing Executive is responsible for driving the marketing and promotional efforts for pharmaceutical products within the domestic market. This includes identifying market trends, developing marketing strategies, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and supporting the sales team to achieve business objectives. The role requires strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs within the healthcare sector.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to refine marketing strategies.
- **Marketing Strategy and Campaigns**:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product promotions, and awareness programs.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Brand Management**:
- Promote brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the product development team to align marketing efforts with product positioning.
- **Sales Support**:
- Provide marketing support to the sales team by developing sales collateral, presentations, and promotional material.
- Work closely with sales representatives to ensure proper communication of marketing initiatives.
- **Relationship Building**:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, doctors, pharmacists, and distributors.
- Organize meetings, events, and seminars to engage stakeholders and promote products.
- **Product Training**:
- Provide training and updates to sales teams about new product launches, benefits, and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards in marketing activities.
- **Budget Management**:
- Manage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on budget expenses and performance metrics.
- **Product Launches**:
- Coordinate and oversee the successful launch of new products in the market.
- Prepare launch plans, including market introduction, sales strategies, and promotional activities.
- **Digital Marketing and Social Media**:
- Utilize digital platforms and social media channels to reach target audiences effectively.
- Develop digital content and monitor online presence to promote pharmaceutical products.
- **Compliance and Ethical Marketing**:
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
- Maintain awareness of changes in regulations and industry standards that may impact marketing efforts.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing (2- 5 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software.

- Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
